Details The retreat begins Friday afternoon and runs through mid-day on Sunday. There is plenty of time for relaxation, fellowship, hiking, and simple recreation. Bring your reading, handwork, games, lounge chairs and hiking gear. Highlights include a special supper and camp fire sing-along on Saturday, and Eucharist at St. John’s-in-the-Woods, Sunday morning. Deacon Sally Carlson is the main cook this year and Jan Peterson is leading a spiritual program for those who desire it.
Retreat Costs

Fees include lodging and camp fees for two nights, meals Friday through Sunday morning. Leftovers are available for a quick lunch following Sunday morning Eucharist. The Friday meal is available as people arrive. Housing is in large bunkrooms in the St. Francis and St. Clare lodges. One lodge is reserved for familIndividual cabins, if desired, are available at an additional cost.
A great way to end summer This is a prefect opportunity for families and individuals to have some time in the Cascade foothills adjacent to Wallace State Park before Fall sets in with rain and busy schedules. There are lots of activities to chose from as well as plenty of time to rest and take it easy.
